TCRAM Data after DWD Reset

I'm using RM48L952.

I want to use the data in TCRAM after DWD reset.

The data is including logs before DWD reset and I want to know it keeps the values after DWD reset.

I know it should be used before PBIST.

Satoshi,

We don't guarantee the contents of any SRAM location after system reset, especially if the reset is caused asynchronous to the CPU operation.
The CPU or the DMA could be writing to the SRAM when the reset occurs and the SRAM location may be in an indeterminate state if the operation is not allowed to complete by the system reset.
