TMS570LS0432 HET[1] implementation?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS570LS0432

Hello,

Can het[0] and het[1] be xored on a TMS570LS0432? There is no het[1] pin, but can it's logic be used for shared xor with het[0] to generate the pwm as in the example from the TMS570LS0432 datasheet (spnu517a) figure 17-14?

I'm starting to get the feeling het[1] logic isn't implemented at all...

Best regards

Henrik

  • Hello Henrik,

All logic has been implemented up to 32 channels but only the channels listed in the datasheet have been brought out of the module to pins. So, theoretically, this should be possible. However, I am not aware of anyone having done it. If you are able to do so, please post your experiences here so that the community as a whole can benefit from it. Of course, if you have questions along the way, please let us know and we will gladly help however we can.
