Mohan,

This is an artifact, these user guides are actually separate documents which are then composed to a single TRM.
You can find the "system module reference guide" in section 1 of the TRM, section 1.11 talks about the memory initialization.

Thanks for reply. I understood the initialization part. sequence. But I did not find BIT wise description of MSIENA register. Could you please tell me where can I find it?

(I need to do the CAN RAM ini checks)

You can find the registers MINITGCR, MSINENA, MSTCGSTAT and MINISTAT in chapter 4.2 for the TRM.
