CCM-R4F compare error

I test the CCM-R4F mode. I set the force-error mode in lockstep mode. The code can enter into the ISR. But when finishing the ISR ,  the device was restarted. I want to know if the restart is the default for the compare error.?  This kind of restart belong to which kind of restarts?

If not,what's wrong with my code?

    Can you please upload your code that handles the ESM interrupt request? Also, what board are you running this code on? Is there any external safety monitor chip that is looking for the nERROR pin to be driven low? In that case, that monitor may be causing the restart by asserting a reset.
