Can anyone tell me what is the max. emif frequency for sdram?

EMIF clock itself can run up to 100 MHz. It may be further limited by the board layout.

Am using RM46 HDK board, so can you please tell me what is the minimum and maximum EMIF frequency requirement? I can see a SDRAM on the HDK board, which is 8MB(IS42S16400F-7BL).

The maximum EMIF frequency is 100 MHz. The minimum EMIF frequency is determined by the refresh rate requirement of the SDRAM. You can find it in the SDRAM datasheet.
