I want the Schematic of RM48L952PGET package for the Hardware development Kit. did RM48 HDK manufactured with PGET package??

RM48 HDK uses the ZWT package. I would suggest you to take a look at the design documents for RM46 launchpad. I uses the same package as RM48L952PGET.
