Using lwip to make TCP Server for TM4C1294XL

Dear all,

I need to set my TM4C1294XL Kit as a TCP Server so i can connect it with a PC (as a client). Kit will receives commands from PCs then handle it. Im new with LWIP stack, FreeRTOS and TCP/IP protocols, if any one can gave a clue where i can start. If there is an example that well be great.

Hello Tu,

Did you look at the enet_io example code. That has an example of a TCP server. Note that you would still need a DHCP server on the n/w to assign an IP address to the TCP server running on the TM4C1294?

Dear Amit,
Thank you for your quick reply. I have already looked at the enet_io example code. But the example used http-web-page and "UDP protocol" that i dont want to use.
I just want to creat a simple tcp server that can listen and accept connection from PC client.

You may want to then check the TCP Server example in TI-RTOS.
