TM4C1294: 5V on USB0VBUS with VDD removed

Hi,

I know that for TM4C1294 devices, no voltage should be applied to I/O pins when VDD is not present (the device is in hibernation) as there is a diode to VDD which is 0V in this case. However USB0VBUS, which is 5V tolerant, does not seem to have this. Is it OK to apply 5V on this pin while in hibernation and VDD is not present?

Kind regards
Per
