Troubleshooting Analog Circuits by Robert A. Pease - The experienced among us will recognize him as a design Guru from National. I stumbled across a copy of this and it looks like I will have to add it to my library. It has an appendix on reading data sheets and covers why what you think is tested might be different from what is actually tested. He's usually a good read but I haven't spent enough time with this to whole heartedly recommend it.
