When I use the TMS570LC43x LaunchPad board, whether I can use DCAN1 communication to DCAN2, which is like using two UARTs to communicate with each other.
If can, how can I connect DCAN1 to DCAN2?
Should I connect DCAN1_Rx to DCAN2_TX and connect DCAN1_Tx to DCAN2_Rx?
Or should I connect DCAN1_Tx to DCAN2_TX and connect DCAN1_Rx to DCAN2_Rx?

You cannot connect the TX and RX similar to UART, due to the dominant and recessive states of CAN bus(Wired AND). There can be two ways,
a. Use CAN Transceivers for both CAN's and form a CAN Bus
or
b. Use an AND Gate and connect both the TX pins as input to AND gate, then on connect the output of AND gate to both the RX pins as shown below if you want a simple two CAN loop back established for testing.
