FLEE Bank 7 Erase Disturb related question

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS570LS0432

Hello Support,

FLEE Bank 7 in TMS570LS0432 device has 4K sectors [ Number of Sectors being 4].

If I want to use Flash Emulated EEPROM Emulation using only 3 Sectors out of total 4 Sectors available, will there be any DATA Retention/Endurance related issue because I am not at all ERASE/PROGRAMMING one of the Sector out of all available 4 Sectors.

I heard that in Flash Emulated EEPROM Data Flash, all available sectors must have  write/erase cycles, else neighbouring sector contents might have DATA Endurance/Retention issue.

Is that TRUE for FLEE Bank 7 if I use one sector out of 4 Sectors keep as CONST DATA and other 3 Sectors as FEE NVM DATA which will be managed in software by performing round-robin WRITE/ERASE Cycles during the ECU lifetime.

Assume I am not crossing the specified effective WRITE/ERASE cycle limit.
