For Using Emif Interface(TMS570LC43xx) to communicate with External MRAM, Is there an example ?

Are you looking at a specific MRAM part number? For example, the MR2A16A MRAM has an asynchronous interface, so that you can access this memory via the asynchronous EMIF from the LC43xx.
