UNIQUEIDn bit layout?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TM4C129XNCZAD, TM4C1294NCPDT

For our application we would like to use the Tiva unique ID as a device ID.  Ideally we would be able to use fewer bits than 128 bits.  I assume many of the bits are the same across whole product lines.  Is there a document that specifies the UID bit layout.  I'm specifically interested in the bit locations that vary within a single Tivo microprocessor product line (e.g., tm4c129xnczad).  I'm hoping that a small number of bits actually vary across that product line and we can use only those bits for our device UID.

Thanks.
