Microcontroller has not been detecting

The above picture is, when I tried to connect the faulty kit with Vdd jumper, but it is not detecting..

The above picture is, when I am connecting by taking Vdd jumper off, but it has been detecting and showing stellaris device firm upgrade in device manager.

Perhaps if you'd remove the "Vdd" jumper from your camera it may achieve (some) "focus?"

Appears you bought 5 cameras as well - I'd surely return the one used here...

 This error appear if board is not connected to USB port, have you connected board to pc before to press update?

 Try also go back on cconfiguration, select tiva 123g (not so important) board then try again press update.

 If this doesn't work again try on another pc.

That doesn't help either. It's been showing error of "Cannot find target device!"

 To erase flash you need have ICDI working or boot loader working...

 Did you connected with topic and thinked about?

 To erase flash you need a bootloader procedure and working ICDI, so ICDI this time is failing and you need erase ICDI flash and this is not trivial too!!!!!

 Special setup is required first to access bare processor bootloader, so Amit solution, to who is unaware of how processor work, is the fast solution. Setting processor when someone ask in a dictating manner .... Just your answer can be appropriate.
