i have one question that is can any body help me for send me some sample of code for implementation of UART with N2HET or some guide for this .

Hi,

This wiki page has links(under subtopic "Demo Software") to I2C and UART simulations by the N2HET. I had tried the I2C project earlier and it was working. But I haven't tried the UART project yet. You can try it and get back to us if you're facing any issues. Also this forum post may help if you're facing issues with the above implementation.
