Cannot Open Secure IOT Demo for EK-TM4C129EXL

Hi,

    I downloaded the Secure IOT Demo ZIP file  from this link www.ti.com/.../ek-tm4c129exl. But, the file downloaded "File Type" is "File". The icon of the downloaded file is a blank page. Do I need a special software to unzip this Secure IOT Demo ZIP file?
