help!, new to tiva c tm4c129x dev board

You can get started by going through the User's Guide for the kit: Tiva TM4C129X Development Board User's Guide

Download the DK-TM4C129X Firmware Development Package. There are some examples for DK-TM4C129X in Tivaware. You can try them out.

However, I will suggest you to post your specific problems so that the community can be able to help you better.

And what is the reason for using the DK-TM4C129X? Note that the TM4C129x EVM is a complex of board, so it would be good to start with the intent of using the same.

to get in to ARM architecture

I tried every example program inside tivaware. But couldnt remove the example program in ccs v6. Need help in starting new project, to add files, etc....

May I suggest TM4C123 or a MSP432 which are less complex devices!!! Also using a Cortex M based uC would hardly give any insight into ARM architecture. Note that it is the CPU only which ARM not the device's function like flash, sram, peripherals.

You are changing tracks too fast. First steps is to build an example that is already present before attempting to build everything from scratch. This is a steep learning curve. Use the resources from wiki, the user guides to take the first steps
