     can anyone give me TI's technical support number or email as i am not getting proper responses .

    I apologize for any missed or delayed responses that you might have received on the forum. Generally our goal is to provide response as quickly and accurately as possible. If there are specific posts that have gone unanswered or without response, please let me know and I can help escalate them to get you an answer.

    In the meantime, if you would like face to face support, the method for this is to contact your local TI FAE office and request support or, if you are purchasing through a distributor, contact the distributor for technical support. If the questions are beyond the capability of the local support, they have the ability to contact engineers within the specific development team for additional resources to support you.

    We have purchased all the controllers and Development kits through Digi-Key, So how we can contact the support team face to face . We are from Bangalore (India). It will very good if we can contact support team directly as i told we are stuck in this project .

    This forum is the best way to get direct contact with the support team. In the end, if you contacted a field office, they would simply forward questions to the same people replying to the forum posts.

    The issue is that your current question is on UDP and UDP is not a commonly supported protocol by our team. The individual that normally supported similar questions is no longer available to us. I am currently trying to locate another source of support for the UDP protocol.
