  • Hello user3782360,

Since I am not familiar with the "Network debugging assistant" you are using and what happens on connect, you may have to educate us in a step by step manner (unless forum users have the added knowledge, they can be of extreme valued help here)

  • Hello,
Please do give a few more details so we might better understand this issue.
    1. Link LED stays on but EMAC drops IP connection right after POR and to where, the Cloud?
    2. Custom PCB gets an IP from DHCP or is assigned static IP?
    3. TCP stack is LWIP 1.4.1 and or using TI vanilla code to test?
    4. Custom code and you previously tested on EK-TM4C1294XL launch pad was working well?
  • Thank you reply me!1.The link LED blink is OK.2.DHCP.3.1.4.1.
3.Custom code and my previously tested on EK-TM4C1294XL launch pad is working well.
  • Hello user3782360,

And what about my questions :-). Can you please add more details on the system you have (may be a block diagram)

    Regards
    Amit
  • Amit makes best suggestion, simple schematic of PHY area. We can only assume U (DVM) rings out custom PCB many times before + after putting components on PCB?

Had a high resistance copper short between 2 pins 30 years ago, took over a month to find it. The copper shard was so fine even 2020 vision could not see it. Best use 8 diopter magnification LED lamp to check for odd things like solder splash between pins etc.. This visual check method has often worked for me, plus have .020" solder wick handy, a life saver for tough to reach areas.
