How to use EXTENDED_BUF_ENA Feature in MibSPI RAM of TMS570LC4357?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS570LC4357

Hi TI,

I am using TMS570LC4357. I want to use the Extended Buffer Enable feature for MibSPI1 module to make use of 256 buffers instead of 128 buffers.

I explained my situation in the following snap.

And I verified that MibSPI1 module of TMS570LC4357 supports EXTENDED_BUF_ENA feature to extend the MibSPI1RAM upto 256 Buffers.

So If I try to write the number 128 in PSTART field of TG1CTRL, it will be written as 0, isn't it?

Because of this, Zeroth buffer will be the starting buffer for Transfer Group1. This I don't want.

So Please anybody help me to make use of EXTENDED_BUF_ENA feature properly.

Thanks in advance.
