  • Hi,

Lots of people here learn Tiva MCU's without the need to buy this book. There are lots of resources at TI and elsewhere in the internet where you can learn programming using Tiva Launchpad. If you already have the Tiva Launchpad, you can start by going through the "Getting Started Guide".

  • Hello Truong,

Or the better way. Decide on what you want to do, research the material on the web, read the section of data sheet and driverlib user guide and use the examples to guide you.

  • Or - better still - is there a library or school nearby - which may have or be able to purchase those (and other) books for your community?
Unsaid - are you (already) qualified to know (exactly) which 2 books (and only those two) will best aid your learning? Would it not better serve to find some local, interested group (or start one) so that a broader search may be launched - and the costs (proportionally) reduced? (this is just what I did - long ago - in high school - via ham radio club...)
  • Hello cb1,

I hope I am not the context of the last post.

  • Hello Amit,

Believe friend "Kel" had the same concern...
  • Hi Amit,

No - mine was aimed @ poster - I blame the forum SW for suggesting that I targeted you. (i.e. there is NO, "In reply to w/in your post" thus I thought I could just "hook" onto your post - and it would not "link" to you.

At times - forum evidences inconsistency - mind of its own.

I do stand by the suggestions in the earlier post - Lone Ranger is never best/brightest means to move forward...
