wow, this undoubtedly is a big question; I wonder if there is some kind of interface to the Hercules family, would be a step more for the development of projects.

Hercules MCUs can run any of the control algorithms that are available on the C2000 MCUs. That said, there are some control algorithms that are not disclosed (no source code available) and these are pre-programmed in secure non-debuggable ROM in some C2k MCUs. These algorithms are not available for Hercules MCUs as there is no non-debuggable memory on these MCUs.

Do the FW Control Algorithms in C2K ROM include the AC Induction Motor control code and libraries?
