How to use Hercules to talk to a motor controller via CANBUS?

Hi all,

I've not used Hercules before and far from being proficient in using CAN-BUS protocol. I'm wondering if anyone who has used Hercules before could shed any light on how to use HerculesTMS570 to talk to a motor controller (Roboteq SDC2160). It's also my first time using CCS as an IDE.
