Disabling a static flexray frame during run time

Hello TI,

I have configured Message RAM and Flexray frames are coming on the bus.

I want to stop one of the static frame during run time(No null frame also).

How can I achieve it?

Hi Joel,

I don't think you can stop it without changing the header of the message buffer in the message RAM.

Which parameter in header Should I change?

I tried changing Frame Id and Channel No, but still null frame is being transmitted.

Do i have to change POC state for this?

Hi Joel,

1. If you reset STXRH, the data will not be transmitted

2. Reset CHA and CHB (WRHS1) to 0, the buffer will not be transmitted

3. You can program CYC to transmit the buffer in specified cycle.

Hi QJ,

I have already tried resetting STXRH and CHA and CHB during run time ,

But still, null frame is getting transmitted.
