Interfacing external flash memory to Tiva C series TM4C123GH6PGE

Hello, I'm using tiva c series TM4C123GH6PGE uC, and i have interfaced 4Mb of Numonyx flash memory to it in parallel manner, the problem is i'm not able to read and write data from it, is there any tutorial for interfacing external flash to uC, i have attached the data sheet of flash memory here and the code what i wrote. I saw a tutorial on interfacing flash with TMSTMS320C6000 DSP processor by means of EMIF, but Tiva doesnt have EMIF, and one last doubt, should the Chip Enable pin be pulled up? Please help me out.
