Interface flash with tiva

Have you verified all connection to your Flash ?

And, have you considered using a scope / logic analyzer ? Alternatively, use a debugger, single-step through, and verify all levels/transitions with a multimeter. There is hardly a way around this.

Yes i have captured the signals at every point via oscilloscope.
