We have set up 5 successful boards using the TM4C129ENCPDT so we are not totally new to TIVA. We are starting code for a new layout that uses TM4C1299NCZAD. We were having a lot of trouble getting CAN0 to initialize. One of the software guys thought that TM4C129X meant any of the parts with that prefix, which can make a lot of sense because there were a limited number of selection available in the project window. After checking further we figured that out was wrong and that was just another specific part. However, we identified that the header file exists for TM4C1299NCZAD but the XML file for that device does not which is probably why it is not working. Since the XML file doesn't exist the project settings cannot be set right to be able to compile the project correctly. Why is this device missing? Where can they download the XML file for this part?
