Error in SafeTI HALCoGen Compliance Support Package

I am getting the following error when running analysis:

Unable to execute command. Analysis lock unavailable.

Any ideas on what it means? I am trying this package out so I'm a newbie here.

Hi Dave,

TAU uses Perl Scripts to perform commands. Your error looks more like Perl not available or perl is not added to the path in system variable.

Make sure you have following installed in your PC.

- Perl 5
- Microsoft Excel (2007 or later)

Perl installed and in PATH var. Excel 2013 installed.

Sorry, I had my tools wrong. It was the LDRAunit-TI-Qual tool that I downloaded at the same time that generates that error.
