Hi Ryan,

At CC3100 Booster Pack you can store webpages at Serial Flash. From what I remember you can also store webpages at Tiva Connected Launchpad internal Flash. It is up to you where you want to store your webpages.

That is correct specifically the TM4C Wi-Fi Node as Wi-Fi Station. My questions is what happens when someone plugs it into the LAN instead of the wifi? Do i have to duplicate my websites that were previously on the cc3100? Or can i store those web pages in a central location that will allow for wireless and LAN to access those pages?

Hello Ryan,

For this particular example the CC3100 is hosting the web page using IP Address 1. So if someone plugs in LAN to the EK_TM4C1294+CC3100 the wifi would still continue to host the web page.

As you said, the pages needs to be stored in a central location and only one IP address must serve it: either CC3100 or TM4C129.

I am just trying to avoid having to duplicate multiple websites that are the exact same for the LAN and wifi. I would like to just have them stored on whatever eprom then regardless of whatever ever way someone wants to connect to the EK_TM4C1294+CC3100 it would allow access to the website. The website will be used to control our hardware from the browser. So if someone was to connect to this using the LAN with out connecting to the wifi the cc3100 will serve those pages to the LAN on the EK_TM4C1294 and then vice versa.

In it's current form the TI Design will not allow hosting the page from both devices. Another implementation would need to be made.
