Hello
I am using TMS570LS20216USB develoment kit.
I want to transmit characters to UART every second, so that I can see them in terminal.
I am not able to understand what steps to follow in HALCoGen especially in selecting VIM 0-31.
If possible, I need to plug the wires at respective pins to divert SCI characters to other SCI slave device(MSP430)

Your question has been addressed by another thread you started. You do not need to worry about VIM if you do not plan to use interrupt. We may be able to come up with some ideas if you can provide more details about system functionality you want to implement.

Hi Zhaohong

I want to transmit string on UART as well as same string on SCITX pin.
I want to pass the string to RXD and TXD of SCI on MSP430 as well as on the UART of TMS570LS20216 USB to see on Hyperterminal window.
Both actions should be in sequence one after each.
There is no sample example like RM48USB.
