Dear TI e2e,
being in the process to design the ADC supply of the TMS570LS0332, in particular for the VCCAD / VADREFHI
I'm wondering if you can provide the current consumption for the combined VCCAD / VADREFHI pin.
The datasheet only gives a combined value for the ADC, IO & Flash Pump supply.
Background: In order to select a dedicated voltage reference to get the best results out of the ADC it is
important to know the current consumption for the ADC + RefHi.
typically, voltage references provide 10, 20 and more rarely up to 25mA.
If there is no separate characterization, would it be fair to take the current consumption of a comparable device (e.g. TMS570LS1114
just to name one)?
In case we have to go for the worst case (45mA), can you recommend a TI voltage reference to use?
