Forgot to mention, PLL is at 120Mhz

does the pipeline have 4 stages ? so 120MIPS?

The stated performance in the datasheet is 150 DMIPS @ 120MHz. Reference table 1-1 in the datasheet (tm4c129xnczad.pdf) for details. It is available on the TM4C129zXNCZAD product page on TI.com
