Hi,

What is the "trf(SOMI)"?

I can't find a description of the "trf(SOMI)"

Did it mean "tr + tf" in the figure below ?

It is load dependent.

See the datasheet for example:

make sure that you know what buffer strength the particular SPI pin of interest is, (8mA, 4mA, 2mA...) This can be found:
