TMS570LS3137 SDRAM, data is wrote to all RAM

i have a problem that, when i want to write a data to the sdram with tms570ls3137HDK kit, this data is wrote all ram.

the code part is and timing configuration is below

What causes to this condition , i couldn't solve it .

    Try refreshing the memory window and see if the data still appears there.

    If it does then you need to double check your SDRAM settings, pinmuxing, etc.

    If it doesn't then you still should check the SDRAM settings but it is more likely the issue is with PinMuxing or with the "SDRAM Disable" jumper on the HDK being installed.

    It could be that you are not actually accessing the SDRAM but looking at a charged bus when you get the window above.
    So that's why the refresh is useful.

    I tried to refresh the memory window but the data still appears there.
    Also i experienced that there is no change when SDRAM disable jumper is installed or not. the data always still appears on all memory.
    And i can read data from there whatever it contains . I am confused by this conditions..

    In HalCoGen, do you have the "Special Muxing Options" 'Enable EMIF_CLK output" box checked.

    Do you have all of the EMIF pins selected as well.

    Both these would be under the PINMUX tab.


    If you do then check that you have "Enable EMIF SDRAM" checked on the EMIF->EMIF general tab.

    Also let me know or double check the delays and SDRAM geometry that you have entered on the EMIF->EMIF  SDRAM tab.
