when TM4c129ENCPDT is cold , it does not work

I use tm4ecnpdt for my project  and i printed pcb .My trial board and sample microcontrollers work so good. I gave new order but a few microcontroller does not work .When i heat microcontroller , it works then it is getting cold and it does not work again. Is there any cronic problem for tm4c family or is it just  manufacturing defect?

  • What's considered, "cold?"

ICs (and MCUs) are specified to perform over a temperature range - so long as your device operates (inside) those limits - all should be well.

Within reason - ICs operated at the lower end of their temperature specification perform better than those operated at higher temperatures.

Your finding is very much "unexpected" - I'd bet heavily against the adequacy/completeness of any "trial board(s)" - not upon the manufacturing capability of this sizable, capable, experienced vendor...

  • Is there any cronic problem for tm4c family ...

Almost certainly not. By rule of thumb, I would guess :

    • 33.33% probability of a power supply/buffering/shielding related issue (i.e. your design)
    • 33.33% probability of a clocking issue
    • 33.33% probability of an issue with improper soldering or incorrect component placement
    • 0.01% probability of an ex-factory issue with the TM4C MCU
