We tried to buy 2 CCS licenses.
But the "TMDSCCS-ALLN01D" is "out of stock" and i'm not able to purchase the license. How can we buy the Code Composer Studio?

There is a support request for the eSTORE.
Since this isn't a technical issue but it's a store issue - it might be good to send the request in.
If i had to guess - I'd guess that they show out of stock because all you're going to get actually is an installation code (nothing physical to ship).
But that's just a swag at the issue...
I just checked and TMDSCCS-ALLN01D is in stock in the eStore. It is an electronic delivery so it should never be out of stock. The other CCS part #s are shipped on DVD so they can go out of stock. For example TMDSCCS-ALLN01 (with out the D) is the same license but on a DVD instead of a download.
Note that TMDSCCS-ALLN01D is only available via the eStore and cannot be ordered from a distribution partner.
