What will happen if I remove jumper from TM4C123 launchpad??

On the Tiva c launchpad, there is a jumper near  R17 n R30,

What will happen if i remove it??

    This is the Vdd connection to the device. Your target device will no longer be powered. This jumper is useful if you are supplying power through the boosterpack connectors such as with the battery pack boosterpack. Otherwise, if you want to execute code, I would suggest leaving it.
