Hello, we are a capstone team in Texas A&M's ESET department working on our senior design. Our project is designing a remote monitoring and control device for cathodic protection systems on underground oil pipelines. Currently we are using a TIVA TM4C1294 microcontroller in our project and the EK-TM4C1294XL evaluation kit to debug it. We have followed the instructions on the following TI wiki in our attempt to do this:

(We did not remove R40, we used the alternate method described instead)
Despite this, we are not able to connect to the target board using Code Composer. Could we please get some assistance or clarification with this issue?
