Looks like the error is during the linking stage. The error means that the linker cannot find "Systeminit" function in any of the compiled files. This normally happens when the necessary .c file or a library is not added to the project.

I am trying to do ADC programming referring to the Datasheet and given in online course from Edx.com(Embedded shape the world).
I have added startup and the header files even though its giving error. Do we have to give path from somewhere else in keil??

As mentioned before, the error seems to be from the linker. This means that the linker cannot find the source code for the definition of "Systeminit". If "Systeminit" is a function, then the definition is typically in a .c file or in a library. You first need to find out in which file this function is defined (that is, where is the source code for this function) and include that file in the project.
