RM57 temperature sensor calibration

Hello guys,

I have a problem with the temperature sensor calibration.
The area OTP from the chapter 7.5.2.5 in the TRM has only 0xFFFF in the whole area from 0xF008 0310H to 0xF008 033F.
The data in the contiguous areas are correct (part Number Symbolisation and Deliberate ECC Errors)
The example spna216 (TempSensorExample) will not run. The return value from thermistor_calibration() is always false.

The early pre-production silicon does not have the temperature calibration data. All qualified production silicon, and the currently produced pRM57 silicon will have temperature calibration data programmed into the OTP.
