    How about a definite, "maybe?"

    There are 2 ADC instantiations w/in that MCU - isn't that true?   Thus - if both are Timer triggered (for precision) - it may be possible to "sample the signal level" upon 2 different ADC channels, simultaneously.   (although there may exist some "narrowing of path" w/in the ADC - which precludes this)

    For sure - the 2 ADCs may be operated with (slight) phase separation - which comes very close to simultaneous.  This method is often employed to, "Double the effective sampling rate of the ADC."

    External to the MCU lurk signal processing requirements & implementations - and these are likely to cause (some) signal skew and/or delay - confounding the goal of (real) simultaneity...
