Halcogen header files with/without HL_

Hi,

we noticed that Halcogen generates projects for RM4x with different header files, than projects for RM57.

The include files are

[] RM42 Halcogen code generated, without HL_

[] RM57 Halcogen code generated, with HL_

What is the reason for the difference?

    The RM57 headers are written later and it was decided to start all the HAL files with HL_ ... that's all.

    Not sure why the others are not updated but it is likely because of backward compatibility and not wanting to break existing projects.
