Differences between PGE 144 PİNS and ZWT 337 microcontroller

What's the difference between PGE and ZWT. if my circuit support to both for using pins which should I choose. Pin number and description of the exception

HI,
ZWT also brings out more functionality to the pins that are not available to PGE. For example, PGE package does not bring out EMIF and various trace interfaces and has less GIO capable pins than ZWT. ZWT part operates at higher frequency than PGE and better thermal conduction.
