No. An abort is a different type of exception than an interrupt. The ARM CPU has a separate mode for handling aborts, and aborts have dedicated exception vectors in the vector table.

In some sense they are like an interrupt (both are types of 'exception' that interrupt execution of the processor).

But for the specifics of the implementation, the IRQ interrupt is distinct from an abort in many ways.

When an abort or exception occurs, then control flow will transfer to that exception or abort base address??

If yes, when prefetch abort occurs, then control will be transferred to prefetch base address or prefetch stack??

To the exception vector. The stack is used to save context not for executing code.

Stack is used for data and state. You do not execute code from the stack.
