Can anyone help me with sample example as how to interface SD card with Spi on launchxl2-rm46.

Shruthi,

You can look at the RM46 HDK for an example of how to wire up an SDCARD to the launchpad.

There are some booster packs available

which have an SDCARD connector but let you jumper the wires you need to the specific launchpad.

For software, some people have used the fatfs code for SDCARD

Hi Anthony,

I used the same code ,modified for my specifications. I have the microSD card adapter connected to SPI4 on launchpad. should i have sd card reader to format it to FAT16?? as i am new to embedded stuff please guide me on this.
