Which debugger should I use to deploy a project which generates .elf as binary ?

Hi , 

I am learning to use AUTOSAR with TMS570LS3137 . I am using ArcCore platform from Arctic Studio and when I build my application I get binaries in .elf and .orti. 
I have couple of questions : 
1) how do I deploy this on the TMS570 controller ? CCS cannot recognise this project as this was build in Arctic Studio.
2) How do I convert the .elf binary to .out file format which CCS generates ?.

    Shivaram,

    You can try CCS. CCS's .out is ELF but following ARM's EABI.
    You however should go to the compiler toolchain vendor and confirm it is compatible.

    EDIT:  If it is not ARM EABI ELF, then whoever you got the toolchain from is who I would ask to have the converter to convert to the standard ARM EABI ELF..
