USB DFU boot loader for TM4C129

i AM using a TivaWare_C_Series-2.1.2.111 USB is not detecting as DFU,  USB is unknow device, any help me

    Did you program the board with any application? If yes, then what application did you program? Did you install the ICDI drivers? Instructions to install the ICDI drivers can be found here - www.ti.com/.../spmu287c.pdf

    in Tm4c123gh6pmi only USB boot-loader dump it detect as DFU, but  in Tm4c1294ncpd this Ethernet boot-loader its working code in that only Disable the Ethernet and enable USB boot-loader, its detect as undevice as show ,
