SDRAM 32bit access

hi All

My SDRAM access failed when by 32-bits in CCS 6.1 but it works in IAR 7.10.

SDRAM 16-bits access is successful in CCS.

see my attachment. (1-3 are for CCS, 4-5 are for IAR), the SDRAM config are the same for both
