I'm working on the DK-TM4C123G I wanted to know how to power the board from an external power supply like a battery

Hello Ryenaldo,

There is a J6 header. Remove the header jumper and then on the Pin-1 you can connect an external 5V. Please be sure to first connect the GND of the board with that of the external power supply.
