Hello, my error message look like below.

Anyway, I wanna control external LED.
So, I connect GIO pin with LED(with resistor) and GND.
But, output message makes me terrible.
This is my code for control external LED.
And This is HalCoGen.
My HW Configuration looks like below.
What is the problem ?
And how can I solve this problem ?

Still it doesn't work.
And bottom left's second internal LED was gone away(dead).
Please help me.

Almost Electric Component was dead.
Maybe the problem is bad resistor.
doing current then it's current going inf.
